Michael has spent the last 15 years as a medical device sales executive, and real estate investor. Along the way learning, understanding, and practicing the importance of building strong lasting relationships with clients. Over his tenure, he has realized integrity, transparency, and a common vision, are the bedrock of the numerous relationships he has built. Having grown up in a real estate centric family, and at the age of 5, would sit in the back seat of the family car on long joy rides, looking at beautiful homes, and knowing each type of home style, architecture, and give or take a close enough estimate of the value. Michael established DellaCava Inc. to embody the old and timeless handshake, along with a tech savvy, honest approach to selling, managing, developing, and building real estate.

 

He has translated his passion for real estate into DellaCava Inc. a full end to end, real estate organization committed on demonstrating the same principles to which are so important to him. Michael realizes hiring individuals who exemplify integrity, transparency, and hold a strong vision of success, will ultimately differentiate DellaCava Inc. from the rest of the competition. With a roll-up the sleeves mentality, there is no project too small or too large that will not command the full attention of his team.

Michael Sr. understands what real estate is all about, having mastered every aspect from managing, selling, and building, he has spent 30 years learning the glamorous, and often unglamorous side of getting the job done. His passion for the end result, drives his fascination with the built environment. His natural ability to envision the true destiny of a piece of land, and to uncover through exploration, the distinctive personality of a home or building. Michael Sr. has spent years selling residential, and commercial properties throughout Massachusetts, as well as, managing hundreds of rental units. His mastery in tenant dispute resolution, building permitting codes, and property valuations make him a priceless asset to the team.

Justin is a true craftsman, with 18 years of experience, in custom remodeling, restoration, new home construction, and site development as well as, managing 25 highly skilled team members. Justin demonstrates the rare talent of completing each project on Time, on Budget, and on Vision. Jerry brings a unique blend of sales, project management, and direct building experience, consisting of 5 years as a sales account executive for a leading building material corporation in Boston. Prior to his sales career, Jerry has gained 13yrs of critical knowledge as a site superintendent, and project manager, of large-scale commercial development projects, with a leading developer throughout New England. Jerry understands a client’s initial concerns in the pre-planning phase, he has a natural ability to make the client feel comfortable, and informed. Transparency is very important to us, as often times, a custom home, remodel, and or new kitchen, requires substantial planning and cost.
