Our founder Michael Della Cava Jr. started as an Orthopedic medical device consultant, having accumulated countless hours in the operating room, providing advice to surgeons during the most complex reconstruction cases our anatomy can endure. Much like surgical reconstruction, the built environment requires a very similar collection of unique personality characteristics. Michael’s passion of applying complex product design, detailed due diligence of having a plan for every possible outcome, endless patients to make sure the entire team is on point, and gaining the surgeons trust through accountability, are all examples of why DellaCava Building Co. is experiencing tremendous growth, and the partnerships we build with our clients are timeless.
